Our report dashboard hasn't worked for a month...
Hey,
I've been in charge of our EMS for about two months and I've never
been able to recover data from the reporting dashboard; it always
says that there is a problem and it will be rectified, but it
hasn't been right for weeks.
If you could let me know if it is something that I'm doing
wrong.

The problem was a corrupt cached consumption value for the first meter reading for your Leap Gas meter which was -66 instead of 0 (just edited > updated to re-save the reading and update the consumption).
Have rectified this and also put some better error handling in place for this condition.
